Mikaila Calhoun is a classically trained singer graduating in 2024 with her MM in Vocal Performance from the Lionel Hampton School of Music at the University of Idaho. Festival Dance's MOFE Advanced Performance Troupe, directed by Rachel Winchester explores a blend of contemporary, jazz, and hip hop themes within site specific choreography and improvisational scores, as well as concert performances. They will perform in response to the sound of Mikaila’s classical singing and the paintings by Elvis Rosendo.
