The University of Idaho Department of English present a book launch and reading by Michael McGriff and Oscar Oswald.

Michael McGriff teaches creative writing at the University of Idaho. He is the author of several books, most recently the poetry collections Eternal Sentences and Early Hour. His writing has appeared in The New London, and the Kenyon Review.

Oscar Oswald is the author of Irredenta, published by Nightboat Books in 2021, and his essay about the book “On Pastoral Poetry and the Language of Wilderness,” can be found on Lithub. His poems have appeared in The Colorado Review, New England Review, VOLT, Tammy, and Fence, among other outlets. Before joining the University of Idaho, Oscar served as the Poetry Editor for Witness and as an Assistant Editor for Noemi Press.
